According to Campaigns & Grey Philippines, a PR firm supposedly founded by embattled social media personality Yoly Ong, they are a “non-partisan company”. This they claimed on a Facebook post dated the 2nd November 2019, a screenshot of which was posted by Netizens on Twitter.
Interestingly enough, the post seems to have been edited since then and the part about the company being “non-partisan” removed. Fortunately, nothing really gets deleted from the Net. A Google search on the phrase “grey is a non-partisan company” yields snippets of the original post.
But why delete that snippet?
The answer could lie in a May 2016 post on their Facebook page that not only shows otherwise, it links founder Yoly Ong to the campaign of then vice presidential candidate Leni Robredo. The post includes a partisan graphic depicting the image of Robredo captioned “Kudos to Yoly Ong, Campaigns’ mother and founder, for steering Leni’s successful campaign!”
The truth sets us free. But it also reveals liars. Not only that, it links liars to dishonest “founders” and the campaigns of incompetent politicians and their crooked political parties.
